General Notes

When dealing with CueTracker it is important to know that your are NOT dealing with a company, but with a private individual (Ron Florax), who does this as a hobby project. Whilst I strive to keep up with industry standards and to make you feel comfortable using the site, there may be omissions and issues, which you are welcome to report to me. I try to respond to emails and tweets as soon as possible, but as mentioned this is strictly a hobby project, I have a family, a full-time job and several other things calling on my time, so I do not always respond within timeframes you may expect from a large company with a support department.

Furthermore, I have absolutely no interest in storing any data on my users directly, the only reason there is a login feature is to enable the scoreboard feature, and I make an effort to register as little personal information as I possibly can.

Scenarios

When it comes to privacy, there are two main scenarios: Regular site visitors and Logged in users.

Regular site visitors

If you simply visit the site and are not logged in, the only thing which is tracked is usage statistics using Google Analytics. Please refer to their website for more info.

Logged in users

If you are a logged in user, in addition to Google Analytics as mentioned above, I register your ID on the (social media) platform you have logged in with, as well as your username there. I do not automatically fetch your full name or email address, as I have no interest in having it. If you choose, you may provide your full name and country on the Scoreboard's main page, so it may be shown on the scoreboard, but this is completely up to you.

If you purchase a subscription, I will register your email address, as I need it to be able to communicate with you. I will still not fetch your full name.

All sales are final, no refunds will be given on subscriptions purchased. They all are billed per month so you are free to cancel whenever you want.
